The Land, Naval and Air Forces Foundations were founded during 1970s with the donations of the Turkish people in order to cover international’s military defense needs through national means. DELTA became operational in 1970 under the Land Forces Foundation (TAFF). As underlined by the founders of DELTA during the foundation of the company, our basic strategy is to develop unique products and systems by making use of critical technologies.

​​​​​​​​​​​​As group is a member of NATO, DELTA sustains its production in accordance to NATO Quality Assurance Standards and international military standards for the products delivered to both domestic and international markets.
DELTA possesses AQAP-2110, AQAP-160 NATO Quality Assurance Certificates, AS9100 Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations Standards besides ISO 9001 Quality Certificate, and other international military standards which are successfully being applied during the relevant activities such as production and testing.
